Welcome!

Since June, 2004, this site has been the place where I can express my hiraeth am Gymru and share bits of information about the Welsh effect on East Tennesseee, USA.

I don't plan for this to be any kind of comprehensive study or the end-all-be-all resource for Welsh information. I do plan to include information about places and things that matter to my personal ancestral quest and exploration of my Welsh heritage.

I have also recreated a site devoted to the village of St. Brides-super-Ely in the Vale of Glamorgan. This tiny village took hold of my heart when I visited there with the hope of finding the birthplace of my great-great-great-grandfather, John Evans.

I hope you'll come back periodically. If you have comments or questions, please click the Contact Us button in the menu.
